TallySheet — Support

Add up a list of amounts without opening a spreadsheet. Create a sheet, add rows, flip any of them negative, and watch the total update as you type. Works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

How it works

• Tap + on the Sheets screen to create a sheet. Tap its name to rename it.
• Inside a sheet, tap + to add a row, type a description, then an amount. Return moves you from the description to the amount, and from the amount to a new row.
• Tap the circle at the start of a row to flip it between plus and minus. Negative rows show in red and are subtracted.
• Set a Starting Amount in the row above your entries when a sheet begins with a balance. The footer then shows the starting amount, the row subtotal, and the total.
• Use the currency button in the toolbar to pick a currency for the sheet. Leave it unset to use your device's default.
• Swipe left on a row or sheet to delete it.
• On Mac: ⌘N makes a new sheet and ⇧⌘N a new row.
